Aici o sa pun povestea. Mai jos sunt mail-urile. Pe langa am discutat cu adminii care au zis ca nu stiu nici un caz in care s-a deblocat contul.

Mi-a fost banat contul "Biluta" pe rațiune de frauda. Situatia este urmatoarea: un coleg de alianta a trimis bani pe cardul unui prieten pentru ca asta sa imi incarce mie atat pe server 2 cat si pe server 5 cu aur insa acesta a luat banii si a incarcat amandoua conturile prin metoda frauduloasa descoperita de dumneavoastra. NU ma asteptam la asa ceva mai ales ca de pe"Biluta" s-a luat sat de la natari si era de asteptat sa incarce mai multe persoane printre care era posibil ca cel putin o persoana sa o faca intr-un mod fraudulos. Daca aveti o evidenta a contului "Biluta" in ceea ce priveste aurul ati descoperi cu usurinta ca am incarcat in nenumarate randuri cu aur, deci va puteti da seama ca intamplarea descrisa de mine este plauzibila neavand motiv sa incarc fara sa platesc pe final de server.
Acest ban incurca mult planurile unei aliante intregi. Daca exista o metoda sa platesc pentru dauna provocata de acel jucator va rog sa imi comunicati si o voi face cu placere.

Salut,

contul tău a fost blocat permanent de echipa Plus International, datorită unei operaţiuni cu card de credit. Din păcate a fost emis un ChargeBack (rambursare).

Aceste rambursări sunt costisitoare şi consumă foarte mult timp echipei Plus, astfel contul tău va ramâne blocat permanent. Nu există nici o posibilitate de remediere a situaţiei.

My account on server 2 Romania (http://s2.travian.ro/)- Biluta - was blocked because I committed fraud. The situation is relatively simple: a colleague from my alliance payed a friend from another server to load my account with gold from his own credit card. The money got to this man but he loaded my account with gold in a the wrong way discovered by you. I loaded my account several times before an there where no problems and you can imagine that I had absolutely no reason do commit fraud at this point, seeing that I'm one of the ten players that has world wonder. All the players with world wonder get their accounts charged by colleagues from their own alliances to make winning easier. It isn't impossible tot believe that one of that colleagues can commit fraud.

If there is a way to pay for the "damages" caused by that man please let me know and I'll pay gladly. My account is the work of eleven month of almost non-stop play, my world wonder is the work of few hundred people that helped me get this far.

your account has been banned, due to a negative booking operation of your credit card provider. Sadly we have received a charge back.

As these chargebacks are very expensive and time intensive for us, your account has been banned and remains banned. There is no way to unban the account again.
